Filter your Grading Groups
Filtering grading groups allows you to quickly find an assignment or quiz you want to grade or view.
Click the Filter Groups drop-down menu
Select the group you want to sort.
To see all groups, click All, and all groups will be visible.
✨ Pro-Tip: To view more than one grading group at a time, click other groups you want to view.
Filter by Status
You can simplify your Gradebook view by filtering activities by their status. Hover over the Filter By Status drop-down menu to open the filter menu. To filter an activity status, click the checkmark to view the activity and click the checkmark off to hide the activity. The number shown next to the status is the number of activities within that status group.
Filter by Course Terms
If your course has course terms, you can view previous terms by selecting the terms drop-down menu. Terms are always shown in the gradebook if there are grades or submissions in past or future terms.
