Reset Password from Login Screen
You can easily reset your password on the Skipper log-in page by clicking the Forgot your Password? link.
On the Forgot your Password page, enter your email address connected to your account and click the Reset Password button.
Check your email inbox for the reset password email and instructions.
Change your Child's Password
Note: If your child does not have an email address connected to their Skipper account, then you will need to change your child's password from inside your parent account.
To change your child's password, please click on your avatar, located on the top right corner of the page.
Next, in the drop-down menu click on Manage Family to see the accounts for your children.
Next, click on the Edit button for the child to open your child's profile page.
On your child's profile page, Enter the new password.
Enter a new password for your child's account in New password text box.
The new password must be at least eight characters and include:
One lowercase letter
One uppercase letter
One digit
Make sure you click the Update password button to save your changes.
Your child can now log into their Skipper account with this new password.
